DOWNTOWN · RAINEY · THE DOMAIN

The Austin movers who already know your building's rules.

High-rise and apartment moves, done right: we handle your Certificate of Insurance, reserve the freight elevator and loading dock, and quote you one flat price. No surprises at the curb.

Most movers learn your building's rules the hard way. We don't.

Austin towers won't let a crew past the lobby without a compliant COI and a reserved elevator. We pre-handle all of it, so your move actually happens on the day you booked it.

COI handled

We issue the Certificate of Insurance your building requires, naming management as additional insured — filed before move day.

Elevator & dock booked

We reserve the freight elevator and loading dock in your building's window so there's no waiting and no fees.

A binding, not-to-exceed quote from a quick video survey. You know the number before we lift a box.

How it works

Four steps from quote to keys.

STEP 1

Quick video survey

Walk us through your place on your phone. We count what moves and check elevator, stairs, and parking.

STEP 2

Flat price + COI

You get a binding written quote, and we prep your building's exact COI and elevator reservation.

STEP 3

Move day

On-time crew, floors and elevators protected, careful handling. We document everything.

STEP 4

Done & settled

Final walkthrough, pay on completion. No clock-watching, no surprise add-ons.

Questions renters ask

What's a COI and why does my building need one?
A Certificate of Insurance proves your mover carries liability coverage and names your building as additional insured. Most Austin high-rises won't reserve the elevator without it. We handle it for you.
Is the price really flat?
Yes — a binding, not-to-exceed quote based on a quick video survey. Conditions beyond the survey (surprise extra items, long carries) are the only exceptions, and they're listed up front.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can during May–September. Elevator slots and dock windows fill up, and we reserve yours as part of the booking.
